In Russia can allow to put foreigners out of the country for bad behavior

In the Federation Council of Russia is preparing a bill.

He suggest the deportation of foreign citizens for “unwanted behavior”.

The bill, which prepares the Commission of Federation Council for the protection of state sovereignty and prevent interference in the internal Affairs of Russia, stated that the “unwanted conduct” which is defined as harmful to national security activities, Russian citizens will face liability from administrative to criminal, but to foreigners – the expulsion from the country.

“The term will be applied in respect of individuals, mostly foreigners. “Undesirable behavior” can even lead to an expulsion from Russia. The term can be applied to Russian citizens and legal entities”, – said the source.

“Undesirable” behavior will be determined in the context of whether the cause of action or other persons real damage to Russia’s national security. We can talk about targeted “inciting national and religious hatred and political hatred,” as well as the facts of a potential intervention in the Russian electoral process.

In addition, “unwanted” may be considered a “work outside” with Russian educational institutions and youth.
