In Russia, a man killed neighbor for revenge

Male neighbor blamed her daughter’s death.

A resident of Krasnoyarsk was sentenced to three years imprisonment for the murder of a neighbor who sold drugs to his only daughter, who died as a result of their use, reported in the Prosecutor’s edge.

According to supervising Department, the incident occurred in April 2017 in a working class family living in a terraced apartment in the Oktyabrsky district. One evening the girl was found at home in a state of severe drug intoxication. That day the doctors managed to save, but the next day the situation repeated already fatal.

“The father grieved at the death of the only daughter, was under the influence of severe traumatic situation. On the same day, upon learning that drug daughter sold the neighbor from the other room, took a knife and killed the alleged narkosbyta one blow, hitting directly in the heart”, — stated in the message.

During consideration of the criminal case investigated, the conclusion it is judicial-psychiatric examination of the subject, questioned the expert psychiatrist on the circumstances of the examination. The court, after a careful study of the documents came to the reasonable conclusion that the convicted person does not require the application of measures of mediaracer, and be held criminally responsible for the crime.

“However, taking into account the actual circumstances of the case the court of first instance saw the appointment of a convicted punishment with the application of article 64 of the criminal code — below the lower limit, defining 3 years of imprisonment,” — said the Prosecutor. Verdict in force has not entered.
