In April 2011 the decision of the Moscow regional court the organization was recognized as extremist and banned throughout the Russian Federation.

The pensioner, despite a criminal record for committing similar crimes, continued illegal activity. So, 16 may 2016 he, along with like – minded 58-year-old and 76-year-old male arrived at the bailiffs. Pensioners stated that their 66-year-old leader refuses to pay the fine.

“Citizens urged employees of the Federal bailiff service in the correctness of their judgments. In addition, the defendants conducted interviews with the bailiffs-performers with the aim of promoting the activities of banned organizations and the recruitment of new participants”, – said the press service of the regional SU TFR of the Russian Federation.

Currently collected sufficient evidentiary base in this connection criminal case with the approved Prosecutor indictment was sent to court for consideration on the merits.
