Wednesday, October 4, the Verkhovna Rada registered a draft on the abolition of the judicial reform, according to the website lying.
A draft Resolution on cancellation of the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from October 3, 2017 on the adoption in the second reading the draft Law “On amendments to Economic procedural code of Ukraine, Civil procedural code of Ukraine, Code of administrative procedure of Ukraine and other legislative acts” submitted to the leadership.
The authors of the document are Olena Sotnyk, Andriy zhurzhiy, Irina Podolyak and Oksana syroid of the Samopomich from.
We will remind, on Tuesday, October 3, the Verkhovna Rada voted for the first law from the package of judicial reform.
For the law voted 234 people’s deputies with 226 required votes.
In addition to the coalition factions of the BPP and NF their votes for gave 20 members of the Opposition bloc, 10 from the group of the people’s Will and 17 from the group Renaissance.
After the adoption of the law, the samopomich faction has stated that it intends to appeal the vote for copadata, having published the corresponding video evidence.
Note, voting for changes in the judicial system caused a split in the political power of the Opposition bloc.
In particular, Mykhailo Dobkin announced its withdrawal from the faction, and Vadim Novinsky announced the creation of an internal opposition faction.
