In Poltava region have discovered a valuable find

In the Poltava region are undergoing large-scale archaeological excavations.

In Poltava region on the excavation of the Bielski settlement found Scythian gold and the unique surviving amphorae.

“Archaeologists working in the third archeological field school during the first days of the expedition dug out sensational finds. They found again Scythian gold, the unique surviving amphorae of the Scythian epoch, jewelry, arrowheads and even the ancient leather goods”, – stated in the message.

The finds date back to the sixth century BC.

In bil’s’k on the territory of “Historical and cultural reserve” Bielsko “for the third year in a row, are large-scale excavations, which attracts archaeologists and scientists from the leading institutions of Ukraine and other States.
