In Poland, the border guards detained 17 Ukrainians

Citizens of Ukraine did not adhere to labor laws.

In the Opole Voivodeship (Poland) was detained by Polish border guards of 17 Ukrainians for violation of the law. This was announced by the captain Katarzyna Walczak of the Silesian branch of the Border service, reports Polish Radio.

So, according to her, the stay of Ukrainians in Poland was contrary to the declared objectives, they are specified at the visa.

It is reported that the detention was carried out in one of the logistics centres in the province during the verification of compliance with the rules of legality of employment. The guards had issued 16 citizens of Ukraine the decision on the obligation of return to their homeland.

Another man was caught in the hot during the illegal execution of the work, said Walczak. According to her, the man had neither a work permit nor the statement of intent of the employer to delegate work to a foreigner. The court ruled that Ukrainian must pay a fine and leave the territory of Poland.
