Parliament may introduce a visa regime with Russia next week.
Next week the Verkhovna Rada may vote for the introduction of a visa regime with Russia.
About it told sources in the faction “block of Petro Poroshenko” and “popular front”.
In particular, according to the publication, the factions yet this week had to reconcile votes to understand how to actually conduct a meaningful vote for the introduction of visas with Russia. And if votes enough, next week the issue would have to be voted in the session hall. However, the results of verification have not yet been reported that does not interfere with the sources assert that the probability of voting next week for the visa regime with Russia remains high.
Earlier Poroshenko after talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that if the Minsk agreements are not adhered to, then with high probability the EU sanctions will be extended. This was stated by the President of Ukraine, the press service of the head of state.
During the meeting the head of Ukraine and Chancellor of Germany coordinated actions to ensure and accelerate the ratification of the Association Agreement. According to Poroshenko, a significant portion of time during the talks was devoted to coordinated action for the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
