The bill for the reintegration of Donbass in the first place presupposes the liberation of the occupied territories, and then their recovery. About this told reporters MP from the PPO Ivan Vinnik.
According to him, the document notes that the purpose of the state is to ensure the sovereignty of Ukraine, and, therefore, first to liberate the territory, establish the local government, and only then deal with their reintegration.
“Further says: the protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens, victims of the Russian aggression, strengthening independence, statehood and ensuring unity and territorial integrity. You need a release from the aggressor, to restore public order, to hold local elections and, in fact, then we will build roads, repair bridges and do other ordinary things, but first they have to release it,” said winnick.
He noted that to liberate the occupied territories will be the APU, the National guard and other military formations of Ukraine.
As previously reported, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has today submitted to Parliament two draft laws – “On peculiarities of state policy on ensuring state sovereignty of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions” (reintegration of Donbass).
A little later came the draft law “On creating the necessary conditions for the peaceful settlement of the situation in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions” (special status of Donbass).
