The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has developed the draft license conditions for lotereyku, ignoring the proposals and achievements of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
This was stated by the Chairman of the tax Committee of Parliament Nina Southerner.
“There are a large number of registered draft laws on gambling. To invent and create a new document — this is not correct in relation to the Committee against BP. It is necessary to understand that we have already worked in the working groups of the Committee, there are so many expert opinions and concepts that proposed to apply in our country in order for the gaming business out of the house and have receipts in the budget. But for some reason this document is being prepared in isolation from the existing proposals and not discussed with anyone. It is very sad”, she said.
The southerner was convinced that MPs should know the working of the government.
“Because today we know only about the fact of work being done. To perform document, we can’t,” she said.
