In Odessa in the holiday season the prices of apartments will grow by 15%

Odessa is in the TOP 3 most visited Ukrainian cities along with Kyiv and Lviv.

This year the cost of accommodation for rent in Odessa in the holiday season will rise by about 30 percent compared with prices low season 2017. Such data are voiced reservation service housing rent Dobovo.com.

“It is a fact that Odessa is in the TOP 3 most visited Ukrainian cities along with Kyiv and Lviv. Average cost 1-bedroom apartment in Odessa now — 658 UAH/day, 2 bedroom — 990 UAH/day. Add to this amount 30% and you will get the estimated price of a rented apartment in the upcoming season,” says COO Dobovo Dmitry Malakhov. He adds that the cost of housing in Odessa is planned to rise every weekend and during public holidays.

“And the demand for apartments will continue to grow until the moment when the tourists are interested in beach holidays in the city with good infrastructure. By the way, due to the infrastructure of Odessa pulls the blanket in comparison with young cities-resorts on the shore of the sea of Azov”, — said Dmitry Malakhov.

How much it costs to rent an apartment in Odessa in may:

1 br = 658 UAH
2-bedroom = 990 UAH
3-room = 1 758 UAH

In June:
