In Odessa collapsed wall of a house

The collapse of a residential building occurred on the street Steppe.

On the evening of 3 November in Odessa collapsed part two storey dwelling house. It is reported by the SES.

It is noted that the incident occurred on the street Steppe, 48, in a two-story apartment house with 8 apartments (old type of rakushnyaka) there was a partial collapse of the exterior walls and arches on the second floor on an area of about 10 m2. No casualties were reported.

Units of the SES of the home were evacuated to 10 people (lived 13 people) and work on cleaning the milled elements. Gas and electricity at home is disabled. The issue of temporary resettlement of residents.

As reported by the local “7 channel”, in one of the apartments lived a child with a disability. During the collapse filled up the gas pipe, fragments of the house covered part of the yard.

It is noted that residents have long complained about its dilapidated state.
