According to preliminary data, 26-the summer inhabitant of the Nikolaev area, driving a car “DEWOO-Lanos” has left on a strip of oncoming traffic where the vehicle collided with a truck “DAF”, then the car turned in the opposite direction and thrown out on the curb. The car “DAF” after the collision, slid into a ditch and overturned.
As a result of the accident the driver of the car “DEWOO-Lanos” and 2 of his passenger, 32 and 23 years, died at the scene. 2 men who were in salon of the car, 28 and 26 years old, was taken to hospital. All the victims – the villagers, the inhabitants of the Nikolaev area.
The criminal proceedings are begun on signs of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine “violation of the rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons which operate vehicles”, which sanction provides imprisonment for the term from 5 till 10 years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to 3 years.
