The culprit got away.

The driver of the FIAT, according to preliminary data, lost control and made arrival on the 77-year-old woman, and then overturned the vehicle.

Investigation of criminal proceedings initiated on the grounds of part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code of Ukraine “violation of the rules of traffic safety or transport operation by persons driving vehicles” carry out investigative Investigation Department GUNP in the Nikolaev area.

The sanction of specified article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from three till eight years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years or without such deprivation.
