In Nikolaev police “caught” driving a car in drunk condition of the Deputy of local regional Council Sergey Chmyr. This is stated in the message of the patrol police of the city.
“Nikolaev patrol received a report that the driver of a Toyota Land Cruiser drives a vehicle in an alcohol intoxication. On the street hersonskoye highway one crews patrol stopped a vehicle which was subject orientation. During communication with the driver inspectors noticed his obvious signs of intoxication. First, the driver agreed to pass the examination for state of intoxication in a medical institution, but subsequently declined, but this did not prevent the police to make on it administerial for driving in an alcohol intoxication”, – is spoken in the message.
Police also released video of the incident. We will note, according to him, the Deputy offered the police a thousand with a request to “let him go”, but was refused and was advised of the possibility of prosecution in another article.
