In the capital market “stuck” to 76 000 apartments
Apartments in Kiev are growing like mushrooms after rain. However, buyers are in no hurry to buy the flats, because there is no money.
The Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine are proud of: for the six months put into operation more than 5 million square meters of new housing.
However, analysts on real estate reported that in Kiev during this period, realtors sold only 5% of apartments in new buildings. But according to unofficial data, over the last six years in the capital market “stuck” to 76 000 flats.
