A man abused an underage girl in an apartment in the center of Moscow, told RIA Novosti senior assistant head of GSU SK of Russia across Moscow Julia Ivanova.
The incident occurred on the evening of may 8. According to investigators, the man invited the 17-year-old girl in his apartment on Novy Arbat street under the pretext of the interview and there raped her.
As noted by the Agency interlocutor, the suspect is detained, now the question on election to it measures of restraint.
