In Moscow in the Council of deputies of the municipal district Presnensky running 31-year-old Vladislav Gerasimovich, who was convicted for the rape of a 19-year-old student in 2012.

Recall that Gerasimov was sentenced under part 2 of article 131 (rape, committed with special cruelty a group of persons by prior agreement) to 4.5 years in 2012.

According to the prosecution, in June 2007, Gerasimov and his two friends — twin brothers Ilya and Anton Vahonin suggested a 19 years old student to go with them on the Porsche Cayenne to friends, but instead brought her to a rented apartment, where a few hours were raped and beaten.

As previously reported, in Moscow unknown persons raped the girl, then took her home, hugged and left.
