In Moscow detained a top Manager of the state Corporation “Rosnano”

The Manager was found guilty of abuse of power.

Managing Director of RUSNANO’s investment activities Andrey Gorkov is suspected of abuse of power.

According to investigators, in 2011-2013, he posted the money RUSNANO “Smolensk Bank”: ostensibly for settlement and cash services, and indeed in the interests of the Bank.

In December 2014, the Central Bank has withdrawn from “Smolensk Bank” the license, which the Corporation “Rosnano” lost lying there for the money.

“JSC “ROSNANO” have lost their money of more than $ 738 million rubles. At the same time of the Bank immediately before the revocation of the license was withdrawn assets in favor of his brother Gor in the form of real estate with a total value of 400 million rubles,” – said in a statement on the website of the UK.

Gorkov was detained after he bought a ticket abroad. Now the question on election to it measures of restraint. According to the Investigative Committee, investigators plan to ask the court to send Gor in jail pending trial.

This is not the first criminal case concerning the expenditure of funds of “RUSNANO”. 2015 investigated the case against former General Director of state Corporation Leonid Melamed: he is accused of embezzling 220 million rubles. He is under house arrest, and former chief financial officer Svyatoslav Ponurov.

In November 2016 at the company’s office were searched: then SK had investigated another embezzlement of funds of RUSNANO, this time it was associated with the construction of plants “NT-Pharma” in the Yaroslavl region.
