Friday, 9 June, the Russians came out in Moscow at a spontaneous rally near the building of the State Duma.
The protest is connected with people’s dissatisfaction with the program of renovation of housing in the capital.
The gathered people chant “This is our city” and “Hands off Moscow.”
However, as noted in the social media, the security forces have already begun detention.
The renovation programme was finally approved on 9 may. It provides for the demolition in Moscow the so-called “dilapidated housing” and relocation of its owners.
In the list of programs got 4556 houses. It was found that a considerable part of them is in poor condition.
