In Moscow, arrested two colonels of FSB

Russian officers were arrested for extortion bribes.

The Moscow garrison military court sent to arrest the chief of one of the services of the Central apparatus of the FSB Andrei Katerina and his Deputy Alexei Kostenkov on charges of extortion of bribes.

As it became known publication, the FSB Colonel took a bribe from the head of a private security company OOO “chop “Unit-1” Gleb Snitsarev the conclusion of a contract for the protection of the main Directorate for servicing the diplomatic corps (GlavUpDK) at the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia and its clients. The amount of the contract amounted to 113 million rubles according to the investigation, the officers received about 1 million rubles.

Snitsarev told about extortion at it bribes the police officers. According to him, the first 200 thousand RUB he gave to the accused in October of 2016 in one of the cafes in the center of Moscow. Then, he said, was preparing the Treaty between the GlavUpDK and Chop. After that, the head of the security company several times to pay the officers a certain amount of money. The last envelope of Snitsarev Kostenkova passed under control of employees of management of own safety of FSB.

Kostenkov, the newspaper notes, has agreed to cooperate with the investigation and facilitated the arrest of his boss Katerina: he took his office of 200 thousand rubles., and the next day at the workplace Kuternin was the USB of the FSB.

For both of the intelligence officers investigating the case of receiving a bribe in the large size a group of persons holding gosdolzhnosti (items “a” and “b” of part 5 of article 290 of the criminal code).

The agreement between chop and GlavUpDK under MFA of Russia will be valid for two years, until the end of July 2019. According to the document, which read “Kommersant”, “Unit-1” had received under his protection, 15 different buildings of the office for servicing the diplomatic corps and cultural center.

Employees of security company lawyers and officers, declined to comment. In GlavUpDK stated that it has no information about the arrest of FSB Colonel.
