An unidentified man threatened to blow up gas in a five-storey building in Northern Moscow.
According to the channel, the incident could have happened because of a quarrel the inhabitant of a communal apartment on the fifth floor with neighbors. They supposedly turned off the gas to reside in one of the rooms, the pensioner would not cause a leak. In turn, the elderly man called the police.
The police and Ministry of emergency situations arrived at the scene of an emergency, failed to resolve the conflict, said the website of the TV channel.
