Examination showed that death was due to multiple head injuries.
The man is his involvement in what happened, does not recognize. Previously, he criminal responsibility was not involved, but a long time abused alcohol and official source of income has not.
He is now detained, initiated pre-trial investigation under part 2 of article 121 “Deliberate heavy injury, entailed death of the victim” the Criminal code of Ukraine.
The sanction of article provides till 10 years of imprisonment.
