The London eye was closed due to unexploded ordnance.

Police called after on the banks of the Thames were found ammunition, presumably during the First or Second world war.
Law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area for 40 minutes. Now the cordon is removed. The police said that they would return to the place during low tide to get a shell.
The London eye is one of the largest Ferris wheel in Europe with a height of 135 meters. In the year it is visited by almost four million people.
