Law enforcement agencies cordoned off the area for 40 minutes. Now the cordon is removed. The police said that they would return to the place during low tide to get a shell.
The London eye is one of the largest Ferris wheel in Europe with a height of 135 meters. In the year it is visited by almost four million people.
