The introduction of “external management” at the enterprises with the Ukrainian jurisdiction in the occupied Luhansk region, does not provide for the change of their owners.
This was stated by a representative of the terrorist organization “LNR” at the talks in Minsk Vladislav Danego.
“The owner is the same who appears in the current registers, and the change in ownership is not expected,” he said.
