The attacker was taken into custody.
In the Kiev region detained a 42-year-old man seduced seven year old boy, according to the Prosecutor’s office in the capital region.
So, in the beginning of the week, in a village, skvirsky district, a man who worked at the local enterprise of a tractor, in the barn made dissolute actions concerning the child.
The malefactor was immediately detained. To him reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 156 (indecent assault against a minor) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
The court chose the man the measure of restraint of taking into custody. Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings proceeds and is on control of the local Prosecutor’s office. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to 8 years.
