KP “Kiev underground” has once again postponed the date of tendering in the construction of Syretsko Pechersk metro line from the station “Syrets” for residential Tenants with a depot in the Podolsk district. The reason for the postponement was the absence of proposals from the participants.
It became known from the announcement in the public procurement system ProZorro.
19 Jan 2018 KP “Kiev underground” (*) has announced a tender for conducting phase of the construction of Syretsko-Pecherska metro line – from the station “Syrets” to residential areas Husbandman with a depot in the Podolsk district. The expected cost of procurement of civil works amounted to 6,322 billion. On 29 March the cost of work was reduced to 5,993 billion.
Originally the auction was to be held on March 27, but was postponed first to may 7, then on 29 may, 19 June and 4 July. In accordance with the latest changes in auction to be held on 15 August 2018.
The tender offer wishing to participate in the auction will be able to apply until 10 July.
Work must be completed before 9 July 2021.
Recall that the Kyiv city state administration approved the expenditures for the construction of Syretsko Pechersk metro line in August of last year. So, according to the order of KGGA No. 1028 of August 23, 2017, the total cost of construction of the metro line from the station “Syrets” to the array Husbandman is 11,186 billion. The conduct phase of the construction of the subway to the Husbandman should have been done in 4,935 billion. Thus, KP “Kiev underground” initially overestimated the expected cost of tender 1.4 billion relative to the approved budget.
A tender for the development of the project Syretsko Pechersk metro line in 2016, was won by the company “Kievmetrostroy” (**), the ultimate beneficiary of which was a Russian businessman Valery Abramson.
