To take a credit in the 3100 hryvnia for the purchase of two mobile phones Olga Farbey asked a friend. Assured that the money will return itself. But after that disappeared. During this time the debt had increased to thirty-nine thousand. Bankers appealed to the court, which ordered the woman to repay the money.
“Called by the state Executive service and asked to call my Bank details to transfer the remaining amount from my apartment sold. Subpoenas were sent to the address of my registration, I do not live there since the late nineties and physically can’t get anything”, – complains Olga, the victim of fraud.
According to the woman, without her knowledge, the officers of the court sold her apartment in electronic trading on the over half a million hryvnia. It does not take into account that it is home to the minor daughter. Defender Olga did not understand why have not taken the appliances the family, that would be enough to cover the debt. Withal,in the work of implementing the lawyer saw the violation.
“It was illegal penetration into the apartment of Olga. Stated that Andrew, lodger, from which signature refused, allowed in the apartment. But have the right to admit or owner, or his next of kin,” explains Alexander Savchuk, the lawyer of Olga.
Why for a debt of thirty-nine thousand bailiffs decided to sell the apartment of Olga value of not less than seven hundred thousand – was asked to explain officials. In the Executive office assure that the law is not broken. And valuable equipment or furniture Olga was not found.
“The public Executive service of Pechersky district has conducted the establishment of a movable property on which it is possible to do the foreclosure, such property was found. At the time of sale of the apartment the minor daughter was not registered in it, therefore its rights are not violated, says Andrew Podolsky. But Olga went to court to appeal the actions of the performers.
