In the White Church, police detained 28-the summer local resident who stabbed a 50-year-old man, according to GU NP in Kiev region.
So, on February 14, 16.40, the police received a message from a 50-year resident of the White Church that in the stairwell of flats, an unknown man hit him with a knife and fled. The victim was taken to the bila Tserkva municipal hospital with a chopped wound of the right cheek and auricle.

On this fact the investigative Department of the bila Tserkva police opened criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, which entails a punishment of imprisonment up to seven years. The pretrial investigation proceeds.
