Wednesday, July 25, at the National Museum of history of Ukraine will host a unique Symphony concert.
“Bundesjugendorchester – the most prestigious youth orchestra of Germany, who for almost 50 years the message of the musical art of the highest quality the world. For the first time the youth orchestra of world level in full strength will give concerts in Ukraine and will present their achievements and ideas”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that this will be a clear result of the fruitful cooperation of the Federal youth orchestra of Germany (Bundesjugendorchester) and the Youth Symphony orchestra of Ukraine, founded in the year 2017 on the initiative of renowned conductor Oksana Lyniv.
The concert program includes works from early classical to mid-twentieth century:
– Bruckner. Overture in g minor (1863);
– Olivier Messiaen. Ascension. Meditation for orchestra;
– Joseph Haydn. Symphony No. 26 Lament, in d minor (1768);
– Paul Hindemith. Symphony “Painter Matis” (1934);
Beginning at 19:30. Admission is free.
