In Kiev will build a modern stadium-transformer

The arena will accommodate up to 8 thousand spectators.

The mayor of Kiev Vitaly Klitschko presented the project of a multifunctional stadium-transformer with the capacity up to 8 thousand viewers depending on the event.

“Depending on the sporting events arena will accommodate 4.5 to 8 thousand spectators. Here you can hold football, basketball, athletics and other competitions. Also the arena can be used for concerts and exhibitions”, – told Klitschko.

The project is now under development. Plan to begin construction in 10 months. Roughly the price of the stadium will be 270 million.

Under the project allocated 1.5 hectares of land.

The results of the competition conducted by the Kyiv investment Agency, the right to construct the arena was granted to the company “AND the SKY”. The stadium will be built on the street of General Vatutin in Desnyanskiy district.
