According to them, the dynamics of the filling of each new project will depend not only on location, concepts and competitive environment, but also on the level of confidence of brands to the developer, expertise and professionalism of the management team and credibility of the consultant.
“In most successful projects the vacancy rate, according to our estimates, will amount to less than 1% on the overall stability and maintaining the growth trend of the economy.
