31-storey house will have transparent floors and glass bridges.
In the center of Kiev company Taryan Group is building a fancy residential complex visual image and architecture which were created by the famous British architect John Dawes.
The complex is called Taryan Towers consists of three 31-storey towers with accessible roofs, which will be connected by two-storey glass bridge. The upper level of the bridge will open and will become a viewing platform, and the developer will place the indoor walking track with a length of 370 meters, which will bend around the contour of each of the towers. The part of the sections in the floor of the bridge will be transparent and will allow you to look at Kyiv from the height of bird flight.
“Residents will be able to jog at a height of over 100 meters, and each roof with its concept: author’s panoramic restaurant, a Park with a lake and Conservatory, and the Museum of the future area of innovation and entertainment, a cinema and a planetarium,” says the founder Taryan Group Arthur Mkhitaryan.
According to the developer, the residential complex provides large-scale infrastructure area of over 10 thousand sq. m. It includes a shopping center with a gallery of premium boutiques and a supermarket, a special format for lifestyle Tsarsky club with fitness area, sauna, Hammam and SPA, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants and cafes, as well as a private children’s school of early development.
Taryan Towers built in the heart of Pechersk on the street John Paul II (Patrice Lumumba), 12. The total area of the project infrastructure will be more than 145 thousand sq. m. each tower will be 214 apartments and 5 lifts.
