The Ministry of information policy of Ukraine Constitution Day placed on citylights posters with quotations from the Ukrainian Constitution, which says that Crimea at the legislative level is part of Ukraine. In particular, such posters can be seen on the streets of Kiev.
As told the acting Minister of information policy of Ukraine Emine dzheppar information campaign to the Day of Constitution has several story lines, and Crimea is one of them.
“There are four storylines. One of them is about territorial integrity, that it is immutable, and the main episode of our independence. Another line is that censorship is prohibited. It’s more the essence of information policy. For Ukraine, these Burgundy more than six hundred. A few of the hundreds we printed, distributed to the operators in Kiev, and the rest were sent to the state administration. The same campaign we were planning for the Day of Independence of Ukraine”, – said Japar.
Constitution day of Ukraine said on June 28, this day is a public holiday and a day off.
Note: the First Constitution of the independent Ukrainian state was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 28 June 1996. The main law of the country has experienced several transformations.
According to the Constitution, Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, social and legal state. Ukraine is a unitary state, its territory within the existing borders is complete and untouchable. The man, his life and health, honour and dignity, inviolability and security are recognised in Ukraine as the highest social value.
