Emergency happened in the Dnieper area.
In the Dneprovsky district of Kiev law enforcement officers detained two foreigners who committed theft of purses with currency in the amount of $3 thousand from the car from Kiev.
“Previously, we found out that the owner of the car saw the damage to the wheels and began to repair. At this point, unknown persons entered the salon and stole from seat purse, but the owner saw them and rushed to catch up. Colleagues who were nearby and heard a scream, instantly reacted and stopped the attackers who tried to flee the scene in his car”, – said the head of the Dniprovskiy police Department Alexander Kuzmin.

“In fact the investigators began pre-judicial investigation on signs of the offense provided by part two of article 185 (theft) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Now we find out criminal records of foreigners and check their involvement in other crimes,” – said Alexander Kuzmin.
