From Kiev could face up to 15 years in prison.
The incident occurred in a high-rise building along the street Tupolev Sviatoshynsky district of Kiev. On this fact initiated criminal proceedings. Militiamen find out circumstances of incident.
On the specialline 102 from the medical staff, it was reported that on the street Tupolev, they found 27-year-old from Kiev with a stab wound to the chest. At the scene immediately went investigative team.
At the specified address, militiamen have found out in the apartment between mother and son had a conflict. In the middle of an argument the guy made his mother a few punches in the face. Defensively, from Kiev hit his son with a kitchen knife in the chest. The victim was hospitalized, the woman was detained.
The police scene seized a knife with traces of blood and sent for examination.
On this fact the investigative Department of the Sviatoshynsky police Department initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 15 part 1 of article 115 (attempt to murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Arrested faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.
