“The man is reasonably suspected of Commission of this crime. He was detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine, and now he is testifying. Detainee, 55-year-old from Kiev, earlier not judged,” — said the press service of the police.
The event information is entered in the Unified register of pretrial investigations and initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 121 (“Deliberate heavy injury”) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides till eight years of imprisonment.
