In Kiev the robber attacked woman

The offender has already been convicted.

At the Metropolitan Obolon passers-by detained the robber. The man snatched the woman’s bag, which was personal belongings, and tried to run, according to GU NP of Kiev.

So, incident happened near the apartment buildings on the street Riverside. Militiamen found out that the attacker snatched the woman’s bag phone and personal belongings. Far away he could not – the robber was detained by passers-by who responded to the cries of the victim for help.

The scene the investigators seized evidence and the man was detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine.

Police found that the attack was made by the native of Vinnytsia region, who was earlier judged for Commission of similar crimes.

The investigative Department of the Obolon police Department initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 15 of part 2 of article 186 (robbery) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides till six years of imprisonment.
