Criminals have selected at the businessman the power cable.
In the Shevchenko district of Kiev, two attackers, using tear gas, took a private entrepreneur, later the robbers were detained by militiamen.
This is stated on the page of the Department of communication of the police of the capital in Facebook.
According to him, the incident occurred on Main street.
“The security forces addressed 24-the summer inhabitant of Kiev region and reported that two unidentified men stole the cable and sprayed him in the face with tear gas,” — said the Agency.
Later the cops found out that shortly before the attack the victim called the stranger and agreed to buy the cable, and when the businessman arrived at the appointed place, he was attacked by two unknown men.
“Intruders spotted in a few days. The police have established the identity of the attackers is a 21-year-old resident of Kiev and the 20-year-old native of Poltava, which had not previously been brought to criminal responsibility,” added the police.
In fact the incident initiated proceedings under part 2 St. 187 (robbery) of the Criminal code, the court sentenced the attackers a preventive measure in the form of house arrest, to them threatens till ten years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
