In the Obolon district of Kyiv between the two men was a conflict that escalated into a fight. One of the guys knocked the second on the ground and started beating him. When the victim tried to rise, the offender took a knife and cut off his ear.
The incident occurred April 29, 2018 in the street Northern.
As a result of injuries in the form of concussion of the brain, amputation of the left auricle, of significant abrasions of the face and the wounds on the inner surface of the right shoulder, the victim suffered severe injuries that caused irreparable mutilation of the face.
The attacker from the crime scene disappeared, but later he was detained. According to the results of the investigation and of examinations 33-year-old man reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided by part 1 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine (intentional infliction of bodily harm causing irreparable mutilation of the face).
