The Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv region exposed an organization that is charitable activities implemented humanitarian assistance to entrepreneurs in the markets for 13 million UAH. Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds.
It is reported that the employees of the investigation Department of financial investigations Brovarsky LIGHTS and operational management of GU GFS in the Kiev region raided a charity organization, reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev region.
It was found that the charitable Foundation provides free humanitarian aid to the agencies and institutions of social orientation only in small quantities. And it turned out that most of the goods that were imported under the guise of humanitarian assistance implemented by private merchants for sale through the market to the population.
According to the press service, last year the charity has imported goods approximately 13 million hryvnias. The specified contrary to the norms defining the status of humanitarian or charitable aid, the treatment of it.
