In October property prices in Kiev grew. Thus, prices for secondary housing in October 2017 rose 1.3% compared with September and amounted to 33,278 thousand UAH/sq. m. the price in dollars fell by 0.8% to $ 1242./sq. m.
The real estate market experts note that in October, the most expensive 3-bedroom apartments – 1.5% to 33,497 thousand UAH/sq. m. the Average cost of supply of 4-room — at 1.3% to 37,055 thousand UAH/sq. m, 2-room rose 1.3%, to 34,339 thousand UAH/sq. m 1 bedroom 1% to 30,963 thousand UAH/sq. m.
The number of proposals on the secondary market increased by 6 per cent and amounted to 20,741 thousand objects. So in the first place 3-bedroom apartments (31%), 2-room – 31% and one-bedroom apartments occupy 28%. Apartment four-room occupied 7% of the market.
Recall, Kiev was in second place in the ranking of the high cost of housing relative to average wages.
