In Kiev presented the Ukrainian-Slovak film

“Border” was shown in Kyiv cinema.

On 22 October in Kiev will host a special event-presentation of the Slovak-Ukrainian film “the Limit”. For the first time in Kiev will gather the entire crew of the film – with the Slovak part of the crew and together with Director Peter Belgacom.

A limit to its nationwide hire has raised great resonance in Ukraine and Europe, presenting our country in the main competition program of the film festival in Karlovy vary, which is included in the list of festivals of category “A”. Moreover, the film “Border” received at the festival, one of the main prizes – Crystal globe for best Director.

In addition, the tape is extremely popular in Slovakia, where it broke all possible records of rental, which was nominated for the award “Oscar”!

The plot of the film is a real action story, intertwined with a family drama on the Slovak-Ukrainian border in 2007, on the border of Slovakia’s entry into the Schengen area.

The film was shot in Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and in addition to the Slovak and Czech stars in the film starred by famous Ukrainian actors: Rimma zyubina – the winner of the first national film award “Golden Dzyga”, one of the most popular Ukrainian actors Stanislav Boklan, the young actor Alexander Piskunov and actor Vladimir Gelyas.
