His son was periodically drunk and raised his hand
In Kiev have detained a pensioner who killed his son. From the received wounds the man died on the spot.
The tragedy occurred in an apartment house on the prospectus Mayakovsky (Desnianskyi district). From doctors, the police received information about a fatal stab wound to a local resident.
Militiamen found out that the ambulance was called by the father immediately after he committed the crime.
Members of the police, the pensioner reported that the day before between him and 35-year-old son, who was in an alcohol intoxication, there was a verbal conflict. In the midst of the quarrel the man hit his father with a fist in the face. He could not help, grabbed a knife and stabbed them in the chest of his opponent, and then immediately called an ambulance.
The police found that the 61-year-old from Kiev has previously brought to criminal responsibility. According to the detainee, his son was periodically drunk and raised his hand.
On this fact the investigative Department of Desnyansky police Department initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 115 (“Premeditated murder”) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
The detainee, the court chose a measure of restraint in form of detention. He faces up to fifteen years of imprisonment.
