The mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko admitted that the passage in the Podolsky-Voskresensky bridge after completion of its construction could be paid. This was reported in the press service of Kyiv city state administration.
“I do not exclude that travel through this bridge will be paid. We’ve learned that we go through the bridges for free. But let us to choose: are we willing to pay for passage across the new bridge, or it will continue is unclear how many years unfinished,” – said Klitschko.
The mayor pointed out that travel can make a fully paid, to defray travel costs from the budget for certain categories of citizens either do free or for a nominal fee for those who have a card from Kiev.
Also Klitschko said that at the investment forum in Germany will discuss the issue of attracting investment for the completion of the bridge.
Earlier it was reported that the draft of the new National transport strategy until 2030 provides for the construction of toll roads in Ukraine.
