In Kiev kiosks were again forbidden to sell alcohol

Banned low-alcohol and strong alcoholic drinks.

Today at the plenary session of the Kyiv city Council deputies made the decision that prohibits the sale of alcohol in Kiosks.

In particular, the use of temporary structures, which are mutual agreement, removed the functionality for any sale of alcoholic beverages. We are talking about vodka, alcoholic napitka, gin and tonic, and in General, all the alcohol that may be sold in Kiosks.

According to deputies, the solution also has a positive impact on the comfort of Kiev, the act will ensure that the fight against so-called “Nalivaiko” and will regulate the sale of alcoholic and low alcohol drinks in temporary buildings.

The decision was supported by 81 deputies of Kyiv city Council.
