Kiev has warned of severe weather changes.
The night of 12 July in the capital are expected thunderstorms in places squalls of 15-20 m/S. this was reported in the Ukrainian hydrometeorological center.
Management concerning emergency situations of the Department of urban development and the preservation of the natural environment reminiscent of the basic rules of behavior in case of strong winds:
• avoid being near large trees, especially poplars, and also not to Park near to them cars;
• all the house Windows tightly closed, clean with balconies and loggias items that can fall out;
• if you were on the street to stay away from billboards, power lines, trees
• in the event of strong winds take refuge in the nearest building or natural shelter.

The Directorate of emergency situations recommends to the fall of trees or branches, when injury or other emergency, immediately notify emergency services by telephone: 101 or 103.
