The average cost of supply of 2-room apartments in the capital has decreased by 1.4%.
The average cost of apartments in the secondary housing market of Kiev in June 2017 declined by 1.6% compared with may and amounted to 32,683 thousand UAH/sq m, while in the us the price fell 0.6%, to $ 1,250./sq. m.
This in its monthly report, according to information-analytical portal “Capital estate”.
It is also reported that from June 2016 apartments on the secondary housing market of Kiev fell by an average of 5.9%, in dollar terms, the average price fell by 10.3%. According to analysts, the hryvnia prices in the luxury segment of housing compared to may decreased by 1.4%, cheap – on 1,5%, and in dollar terms decreased by 0.5% in the luxury segment. According to the report, last month, most cheaper 3-room apartments – by 2.2%, to 33 thousand UAH/sq. m.
The average cost of supply of 2-room apartments in the capital fell by 1.4 percent to 33.63 thousand UAH/sq. m 4-room – at 1.3% to 36.8 thousand UAH/sq. m and 1 bedroom – on 0,9%, to 30,26 thousand UAH/sq. m. the Amount represented by the sale of apartments in the secondary housing market in June 2017, compared to may increased by 1.8% and amounted to 21,639 thousand objects. In the total volume of 1-room apartments occupy 29%, 2-room – 32%, 3-room – 32% and 4-room – 7%.
