The Kyiv city Council in its decision prohibited the dogs and cats on the territory of schools, kindergartens and hospitals.For a decision voted 86 deputies, the press service of the city Council.
As told by the initiator, the Deputy Oleg Geleva, doctors, patients, parents and educators repeatedly orally and in writing, complained about the unacceptable behavior of owners of dogs and cats walking their Pets on the territories of schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
“Moreover, some owners ignore the norms of current legislation concerning the obligation to clean up after their animals in public areas”, – he said.
Recall that in June the city Council has banned the catching of homeless cats in the city.
