In Kiev has opened a free children’s veloscope

The school can get everyone at the age of 10 years.

Sunday, October 1, at the Kyiv racetrack opened a Children’s sports school.

This was reported by the press service of Kyiv city state administration.

Classes at the school will be free of charge and will be conducted in the field of track and the highway. The school can get everyone at the age of 10 years. Selection criteria – “the desire and appropriate physical training to cope with the training”.

“We have already bought the bike and received 80 applications from children who want to engage in veloscope. I’m sure the school will work effectively and I wish you all good luck! That children are well trained and have gotten victories and medals in various competitions, both Ukrainian and international,” said the mayor of Kiev Vladimir Klitschko at the opening ceremony of the school.

“We will continue to upgrade the track to make it sports the jewel of our city,” the mayor added.

The press service reminded that in the summer at the Kiev cycle track hosted the championship of Ukraine in Cycling on the track Junior and 30 September and 1 October competitions are held for Open Cup of Kiev in Cycling on the track among all age groups.
