One of the most popular taxi services in Kiev announced new rules for travel in the city. Now, Uber passengers will pay more for waiting a taxi, but will be able to communicate with the driver in a personal chat.
It is reported that new rules in the Uber app is aimed at the convenience of the drivers.
Among the innovations on the website changed to paid waiting time. 2 minutes after arrival of driver and for the passenger begins to be billed for every minute, while the driver awaits the start of the trip.
Also, the application has entered a chat with the driver and reduced cancellations up to two minutes. The driver will get paid if the passenger cancels a trip more than two minutes. Another new feature for Uber drivers will have the opportunity to specify the desired destination and time of arrival at the specified address. The system will automatically determine the order in the specified direction at the right time.
